- UPS can not deliver to a PO BOX
Order Processing
- Order placed after 3pm CST will not be processed and shipped until the following business day.
- Any orders placed on a holiday will not be shipped until the next business day (Monday-Friday)
- Saturday or Sunday orders will not be processed and shipped until Monday.
Order Tracking Number
- We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
- Please confirm that you did use the correct email address during checkout.
- If you do not see a shipping confirmation email, please check your Spam Folder or Junk Folder. If you still do not see it, please email us at info@hometownheritageclothing.com
- Make sure you add Hometown Heritage Clothing to your "SAFE" list.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Please confirm that you did use the correct full address, especially the apartment number.
- Hometown Heritage Clothing will not take responsibility for theft or damage AFTER the package is delivered.Β
- If you can not find your package after the tracking number says delivered, please check around the exterior of your home.
- If you're not able to locate your package around the exterior of your home, check with your neighbors to make sure your package was not delivered to the wrong address.
- Contact your local post office with the tracking number.

- If you wish for a package to have a signature required, please let us know prior to placing the order.
