Shipping Options

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders $50+
  • Standard Shipping - Estimated delivery within 3-6 Business days
  • Fast Shipping -  Estimated delivery within 1-4 Business day(s)
  • UPS can not deliver to a PO BOX

Order Processing

  • Order placed after 3pm CST will not be processed and shipped until the following business day.
  • Any orders placed on a holiday will not be shipped until the next business day (Monday-Friday)
  • Saturday or Sunday orders will not be processed and shipped until Monday.

Order Tracking Number

  • We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • Please confirm that you did use the correct email address during checkout.
  • If you do not see a shipping confirmation email, please check your Spam Folder or Junk Folder. If you still do not see it, please email us at info@hometownheritageclothing.com
  • Make sure you add Hometown Heritage Clothing to your "SAFE" list.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Please confirm that you did use the correct full address, especially the apartment number.
  • Hometown Heritage Clothing will not take responsibility for theft or damage AFTER the package is delivered. 
  • If you can not find your package after the tracking number says delivered, please check around the exterior of your home.
  • If you're not able to locate your package around the exterior of your home, check with your neighbors to make sure your package was not delivered to the wrong address.
  • Contact your local post office with the tracking number.

Signature Requested 

  • If you wish for a package to have a signature required, please let us know prior to placing the order.
