Q: When will you be restocking this item?
A: We determine a reorder of an item depending on how many people sign up to be notified of a reorder. The best way to know if or when a restock will happen is to select your size, enter your phone or email in the field, and click “Notify Me When Available”. 

Q: Do you have a storefront?
A: No, we are an online only boutique. 

Q: What items are dry clean only?
A: Most of our items can be washed on cold/delicate and laid flat or hung to dry. We will let you know in the product description if something is dry clean only. Be sure to review the details for cleaning instructions before purchasing.

Ordering & Payments

Q: I need to make a change to my order
A: Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can adjust your order before it ships. Once you have received a shipping confirmation email, your order has shipped and we are unable to make any changes.

Q: Where is my order confirmation email?
A: As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address entered during checkout. If you do not receive an email, please check your Spam Folder and add info@hometownheritageclothing.com to your safe sender list. 

Q: Payment Options
A: We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa debit/credit cards as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Facebook Pay, Shop Pay, AfterPay, & Sezzle.
We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.

Q: Can my payment methods be split?
A: Our system does not allow split payment methods at this time. The exception to this is when using a gift card issued by our website that does not cover the full purchase price. In this instance, your gift card amount will be fully used and then you will be able to enter additional payment information.

Q: What is Afterpay?
A: Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make a purchase now and pay for the item(s) in four equal payments. The payments are made every two weeks without any interest. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method, and you will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and/or provide payment details.

Q: Where is my shipping Confirmation email?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address entered during checkout. If, for some reason, you do not receive an email, please check your Spam folder and add info@hometownheritageclothing.com to your safe sender list

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is successfully packaged for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address entered during checkout with your tracking number. You can then track your package's progress directly from the link in this email. If, for some reason, you didn't get an email, please check your Spam folder and add info@hometownheritageclothing.com to your safe sender list

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders placed before 3pm CST will be shipped out on the SAME business day (Monday-Friday)! 

Q: When should I expect my order to be delivered?
Standard Delivery to the USA typically takes 3-5 business days.
